Kevin co-chairs Hunton’s Labor & Employment Team and represents retailers in employment matters, specializing in discrimination class actions, systemic discrimination investigations, and FLSA litigation. His national practice includes matters regarding complex employment litigation and employment advice and counseling. Kevin’s experience includes conducting internal investigations across numerous client industries including nationwide retailers, oilfield services companies, international natural gas and international waste service providers. Kevin routinely advises nationwide employers on compliance with state and federal laws impacting the workplace. He is actively involved in preparing employer-employee policies and guiding some of the largest retail and energy companies through complex employment legal needs. Recently, Kevin has spent considerable time advising clients on issues related to coronavirus (COVID-19), including wage and hour, workplace safety, leave, and reduction in force laws and executive orders. His ability to see big picture views on pressing legal issues facing companies is relied upon to provide insight to difficult employment matters. Kevin was recognized in The Legal 500 United States 2020 Labor and Employment Disputes (Including Collective Actions): Defense and as a Labor & Employment Star by Benchmark Litigation for 2018, 2019 and 2020.
