Join us for the NRF Retail Law Summit Web Series and earn CLE credits (where approved by jurisdiction) when you attend sessions. Below is a list of general questions and answers regarding CLE credit. If you have any additional questions, please contact the NRF team at NRFRetailLawSummit@nrf.com.
What sessions are eligible for CLE credits?
Depending on approval by jurisdiction, CLE credit will be available for several sessions. CLE-eligible sessions will be noted in each session description on the agenda once finalized.
Are recordings eligible for CLE credits?
Sessions recorded and made available on demand may be eligible for CLE credit depending on approval by jurisdiction.
If I attend the event, what do I need to do to get CLE credits?
Attendees seeking CLE credits must complete and submit (as directed) an attendance and evaluation form that includes attendees’ bar numbers for each jurisdiction where CLE credit is sought and the CLE verification code provided during each session. NRF may not apply for CLE credit in every jurisdiction, therefore, all attendees submitting this form will receive a Certificate of Attendance to apply for credit in jurisdictions where NRF has not applied. This can take several weeks.
How do I confirm my attendance for CLE credits?
For CLE-eligible sessions, attendees should include the verification codes on the attendance and evaluation form provided and forward it as indicated on the form.
How and when will I receive my CLE certificate?
You will receive a Certificate of Attendance by email after submitting the completed attendance and evaluation form. This could take several weeks after submission.
The CLE process may be modified as needed. Please check back periodically for updates.
